Darrell has been with Ideal Consolidated since 1962. He completed the Local 172 Plumbers and Pipefitters Apprenticeship Program in 1966, and has worked as a journeyman, foreman, and superintendent during his career at Ideal. Darrell currently works as an estimator and project manager. Darrell is a member of Local 172 Health and Welfare, and Negotiating Committees. Darrell is the President of Ideal Consolidated and is on the Board of Directors.

Ken Wiegand

Ken has been with Ideal Consolidated since 1967. He completed the Local 172 Plumbers and Pipefitters Apprenticeship Program, and has worked as a journeyman, foreman, and superintendent for Ideal. Ken is presently working as an estimator and project manager. Ken is the Vice President of Ideal Consolidated and is on the Board of Directors.

Tim Stuver

Tim has been with Ideal Consolidated since 1991 starting as a field foreman. His previous experiences in the piping trade include completion of the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 172 Apprenticeship Program, and worked as a journeyman, foreman, and superintendent. Tim is currently working as an estimator and project manager, and is the Safety Director for Ideal Consolidated. Tim is the Secretary of Ideal Consolidated.

Mary LaPlace

Mary has been with Ideal Consolidated since 1989. She has twenty-seven years of experience in office management in the construction and manufacturing fields. Mary currently oversees and in involved in all functions of the office, including accounts payable and receivables. Mary is the Business Manager, Corporate Treasurer and is on the Board of Directors of Ideal Consolidated.

Troy Gurtner

Troy has been with Ideal Consolidated since 1993 as the material expeditor and purchasing agent. Troy is a 1989 graduate of Purdue University. Troy's duties at Ideal include the purchasing, receiving and disbursement of all material, tools and rolling stock. Troy is also the Assistant Safety Director at Ideal Consolidated.


Arden L. Floran

Arden has been with Ideal Consolidated since July 2001. He has been in the mechanical design field for thirty-seven years. Arden is a registered professional engineer in the States of Indiana and Michigan. He currently handles the design/build projects for the firm.
