In June 2001, we decided to expand our company by adding a professional engineer to our staff. We can now provide our customers and general contractors with mechanical design / build services.

Adden L. Floran is a professional engineer registered in both Indiana and Michigan. He is a Purdue University graduate with a Bachelor of Science as a Mechanical Engineer.

His past project experience includes multi-million dollar mechanical construction costs for Indiana Government Center, Renovations and Additions, Indianapolis, IN; Indiana University Library, New Facility, at both Gary and South Bend, IN; Saint Paul's Retirement Center, New Facility, South Bend, IN; and Juvenile Detention Facility, New Facility, South Bend, IN.

Other projects include The University of Notre Dame, Washington Hall Air Conditioning, Notre Dame, IN; Emergency dam Steam Plant Replacement, Sault Ste. Marie, MI; and Environmental Research Laboratory, Renovation of lake water cooling with stand-by air conditioning, Duluth, MN.
